Kidderminster Town Hall - Disabled Access & Carer Ticket Policy
Our venue has a seated capacity of 400 and is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all customers. Our auditorium is fully accessible. The bar, and toilets are also fully accessible, with a lift to access the balcony.
Accessible seating
A limited number of wheelchair and step-free accessible seats are available for each event. These must be booked in advance and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. There is space for up to 4 wheelchair users and accompanying carers. Please call our box office and our team will happily advise you.
Accessible and disabled seating is indicated on our venue map with a wheelchair icon.
Carer tickets
One carer ticket may be purchased at a 50% discount to accompany an attendee who requires assistance.
The discount is applied at checkout and the carer must attend alongside the ticket holder who requires assistance. Seating will be adjacent wherever possible.
Carer seats are available to book online, and are placed next to our wheelchair icon seats.
Eligibility
Carer tickets are available only where the customer would be unable to attend without assistance. The discounted ticket is for essential support, not general companionship.

Documentation will be checked at the point of booking or on arrival. We only verify eligibility — no copies are kept.
Booking
Accessible seating and carer tickets should be booked in advance. For some events, these tickets may not be available online and customers may be asked to contact the box office directly so we can ensure appropriate seating and access.
On the day
The disabled customer and carer must arrive together. Discounted carer tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.
